SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all DomyDom products, through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (Euro zone only). Avalon Textil hereby informs users that its website is exclusively aimed at a public over the age of 18 and reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if any fraudulent, speculative or bad faith activity is detected in the use of this service.

 

PURCHASE LIMIT

For security reasons, purchases of more than €1,000 or more than 40 items per order cannot be accepted. For large volume orders, please contact our Customer Service department by calling +34 673145981 or via WhatsApp to the same number, or via an email to info@domydom.com or by chat.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery time for Spain is 24/48 hours, to Portugal 3-4 days and to France and the rest of the EU countries, the time ranges between 4-7 business days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. In some cases, such as delivery to countries far away from our warehouse or during high-demand holidays, deliveries may take a few more days.

Orders received on our website will leave our warehouse the day after the order is placed.

A delivery shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the carrier reports that the customer has received the order via the carrier's monitoring system.

If the package is not delivered within the established time limit after several delivery attempts and is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the shipping and return costs.

 

INABILITY TO DELIVER

If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the addressee, the transport agency will try to contact the addressee by telephone and if they are unable to do so, they will inform the addressee by email. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to arrange delivery. If after 10 days the customer does not claim the package, it will be returned to our warehouse and it will be understood that the customer has cancelled the purchase. In this case, it will be handled as a return due to cancellation and will be penalized with the relevant charges.



RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

There are different procedures for exchanges, returns and cancellations. Below we describe the characteristics of each of these, as well as their costs and conditions.

We remind you that, for logistical reasons, only returns can be made. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new order.

All products to be returned must be properly packed.
In the event of cancellation, you shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.



RETURNS DUE TO CANCELLATION

Time limit: 30 days from receipt of order.

Procedure:

1.    To make a return you must go to the section My account – Log in – Return and follow the steps indicated.
2.    You will then receive a confirmation email with full details of your return.
3.    In order for us to be able to make the exchange, the product to be returned must be in its original packaging without being opened or showing any signs of having been tampered with.
4.    Make sure that the items are well packed so that they do not suffer any incident during transport.
5.    The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and within 2 to 7 working days after we receive your package in our warehouse and check its condition.

The initial shipping costs are NOT refundable.

We will reimburse you for the goods as soon as we receive them in our warehouse and make the necessary checks.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which the payment was made. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

RETURNS DUE TO ERROR OR DEFECT IN THE ITEMS PURCHASED

Time limit: 7 working days from receipt of order

Cost: Free

You have 7 days from receipt of the package to report any incident with the order received.

You should contact our Customer Service by calling +34 902 702 597 or by WhatsApp to +34 673 145 981, by email to info@domydom.com or via our chat. Please provide us with your order number and attach the relevant photos of the defect/error for assessment and processing.

You will then receive a confirmation email regarding your incident and the steps to be followed.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which the payment was made. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. Shipping costs will also be refunded in case of defect or error.


SHIPPING COSTS

For shipments to other countries that do NOT belong to the European Union or have customs, please send us an email to info@domydom.com to see how we can help you.

In the case of return of the package due to a failure to accept delivery in time, we will charge both the delivery and return costs.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you about the status of your order via our online shop.



PAYMENT OF THE ORDER

The prices are displayed at all times during the purchase process. All prices include VAT.
There are three methods of payment for the purchase of our products:

•    VISA CREDIT CARD / BIZUM


Once you have confirmed your purchase, our website will redirect you to BBVA's secure payment platform where your VISA card details will be requested, so that the entire payment process will be carried out through this platform.

•    PAYPAL

Once the purchase has been confirmed, our website will redirect you to the Paypal platformwhere you will log in to your account and initiate the payment process through this platform.

•    AMAZON PAY

Once you have confirmed your purchase, our website will redirect you to AMAZON platform where your details will be requested, so that the entire payment process will be carried out through this platform.

 

GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS

In the case of a complete return of an order in which a gift was offered with the purchase, the customer will be obliged to return the GIFT received. Otherwise, if the customer decides to keep the GIFT, Domydom reserves the right to deduct the value of the gifted product from the total amount to be returned.

If you want to make a return in 2x1 promotions, the customer must return both products. You cannot keep one and request a refund of the amount of the other.

The gifts will be delivered per customer who buys and while stocks last.

All the products on sale on our website are of the highest quality, with a careful and studied production process and storage to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.



CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Avalon Textil reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time.

Any changes made will not affect orders already in progress.
