SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Once an order has been placed on our website, it will be managed the next business day. This means that if you place an order on Friday, it will be managed on Monday or the next business day. The delivery period begins to count from the moment the order is collected by the transport agency in our until it reaches your home and you will be notified via email with a number or link so that you can track your package.

Where do we deliver to?

We send our products to all countries in the European Union excluding islands or territories outside metropolitan or continental European territory (except the Balearic Islands). For shipping to some islands such as Corsica or Sardinia an extra will be charged per shipment (specified by the transport company).

Where we do NOT deliver to?

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any territories outside continental metropolitan territory and any of the countries that do NOT belong to the European Union or require customs management.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time for Spain is 24/48 hours, to Portugal 3-4 days and to France and the rest of the EU countries, the time ranges between 3-7 business days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. In some cases, such as delivery to countries far away from our warehouse or during high-demand holidays, deliveries may take a few more days.

Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.

During periods such as Sales, Mid Season Sale or Black Friday, delivery of orders may be delayed by a few days.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 10 days of its dispatch, please contact our Customer Services by calling 902702597 or by WhatsApp to +34 673145981, or by email to info@domydom.com or via our chat, so that we can resolve the incident as soon as possible.

If the delay is due to stock shortages or a fault attributable to Domydom, we will contact you immediately to let you know and to find a solution.

Domydom is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes that are within the control of the courier company.

If a package could not be delivered for reasons beyond Domydom's control, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

What do I do if the item(s) received are wrong or defective?



You have 7 days from receipt of the package to report any incident with the order received.



You should contact our Customer Service by calling +34 902 702 597 or by WhatsApp to +34 673 145 981, by email to info@domydom.com or via our chat. Please provide us with your order number and attach the relevant photos of the defect/error for assessment and processing.

You will then receive a confirmation email regarding your incident and the steps to be followed. 

The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which the payment was made. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. Shipping costs will also be refunded in case of defect or error.

 

If I decide to return the order, how long do I have to do so?



You have 30 days from receipt of the order. Remember that the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The return costs per country will be:

The initial shipping costs are NOT refundable.

In the event of a return by your own choice, you alone shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.



How do I make a return?



To make a return you must go to the section My account – Log in – My orders and returns, and follow the steps indicated. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your return. Enter our returns portal and follow the steps outlined. They will send you a QR code with your return information and the return label, as well as the GLS shopping centers where you can drop off your order.

So that we can perform the refund correctly, the product to be returned must be in its original packaging without showing any signs of having been tampered with. Make sure that the items are well packed so that they do not suffer any damage during transport.

To help us speed up the return process, please insert the delivery note received inside the package so that we can identify your package quickly.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and within 2 to 5 working days after we receive your package in our warehouse and check its condition.
